In an effort to better serve their customers, Datronix Holdings Limited, headquartered in Hong Kong, and Cal Coil Magnetics, Inc., of South El Monte, CA, have formed a new manufacturing entity, Innovative Power, Inc. (IPI).
"We are excited about this new manufacturing entity, Innovative Power, Inc. It will be focused on providing quick-turn around engineering and production services on complex wound magnetic devices to a wide variety of customers. Innovative Power Inc. will complement our existing magnetics product lines," said Mark Robinson, General Manager of Datronix’ other two U.S. business units.
Beginning April 9, 2012, IPI will begin operations in the new company’s South El Monte facility. Scott Alvarado, former President and Owner of Cal Coil Magnetics, will become General Manager and will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of IPI. The new company’s existing work force and staff will be supplemented by future investments planned to modernize and expand production capabilities. |
